Wither Spawning

Can we ban excessive wither spawning. It makes the server unplayable if you have sound on.

We've had non-stop wither spawning on the server for about 5 minutes on 12:20PM MST 2020-09-19

I've got a headache now

How are people going to get beacons if they are not allowed to spawn withers?
What's excessive?

I wasn't there (I'm not playing there) so I might be missing what the problem is.
I mean I probably would have said a "Sorry guys, I need to spawn X withers, you might want to lower your volume for a while" or something if I had done it...

I think some common courtesy goes a long way... I'm not sure if impolite behavior is grounds for a ban... but maybe it should be

Spawning hundreds of withers in a short period of time is not reasonable.

that was battlestarsadam. youre not going to get anywhere with this because you can just turn hostile mob sounds to 0, i even usually give a warning to do so
