Questions about the server and its future

Hi,

I have seen and had, many questions about the server and I was hoping some of them could be answered for me and everyone else.
If a question I ask either doesn't have an answer or can't be answered (back-end, security, etc.) let me know.

1) Will the entire sever update to 1.16 or will it just be one realm?

2) What are the specs of the server?

3) Will other realms be added in the future? (ie. anarchy, bedwars, etc.)

4) Will a more detailed /rules be posted?

5) Will a veteran queue status be added?

6) Is there a possibility of removing item frames to help with lag?

7) Is /nick going to be available or is it no longer a thing?

8) What exactly is the reason for no TNT duping?

9) Is a PvP toggle coming to survival?

10) Are changes to how claims work coming? If so what are they?


If anyone else has questions feel free to ask (I'm not gonna answer them but someone might)

Specs
They are using OVH as the server provider. And it's safe to assume that it's running on either the best Intel system or the best AMD system OVH offers.

Queue

Judging by your profile and discord, you do not seem to be a veteran, as there are some people who have played for 7 or 8 months actively, whereas you seem to have joined more like 3 or 4 months ago, and your forum account is exactly 2 months old (yes I'm aware my forum account is newer, but I've been playing for a long time, ask @paper or check the old Minecraft channel in the discord, my oldest message is from august 30.) Plus, you have obsidian which grants queue bypass, so you don't need to worry about the queue for a while.

Slow down, 1.16 isn’t even out yet

5GHz CPUs, NVMe storage and and an overkill amount of high-speed memory.

3) Will other realms be added in the future? (ie. anarchy, bedwars, etc.)

Of course. As I’m sure you’re aware we’re still in beta.

Mind elaborating? We update the rules as needed.

We’re actively working on optimizing server performance, and while I can’t necessarily speak to individual changes, the goal is to reach a balance of concurrent player count and gameplay experience.

7) Is /nick going to be available or is it no longer a thing?

Still planned for Void.

8) What exactly is the reason for no TNT duping?

Simple: It’s an exploit.

9) Is a PvP toggle coming to survival?

As I’ve mentioned before, we do plan on making some changes in regard to PVP.

10) Are changes to how claims work coming? If so what are they?

unless you specifically asked OVH to upgrade, I find it unlikely that you have 5ghz CPU's, since these servers, (which are the best AMD and intel systems offered) seems to only go up to 4.5ghz and there is only one CPU offered for both. Additionally, while I was unable to get the RAM stats for an AMD system, I did get the full stats for the best intel one.

note the "high speed" memory and the network speed, that's the best they offer

I think it's safe to assume that the team behind LTT Network knows what they're doing, and they won't leave people in the dark for too long. I know they will listen to the community and implement some of the suggestions.

Well, it has been mentioned that the mods have a much more detailed /rules. Just to clarify, I have no problem with the current rules I was merely wondering if there was a plan to make it more detailed.

Is there an issue with the current system?

Some people have complained about the length of time for a claim to reset. I recall hearing that that might change.

Not to step on anyone's feet here, but the track record of htat isn't that great... But we're all learning.
