Help!

I just created this account in an attempt to get myself out of a situation. I fell into a lava pit within someone's claimed land in the nether. There are walls on all sides and I cannot place or destroy blocks. Any help and/or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Edit: I discovered that I have ender pearls in my inventory but do not have enough health to get to the surface of the pool
Edit 2: If someone has splash potions of healing and/or fire resistance that could possibly help. (I can also compensate you if you need to buy them at a shop)

For future reference using our discord or /helpop will be a faster way to reach out. There is also a /help menu with many handy dandy commands you have access to. If all else fails simply ask in chat for help, most players are trustworthy in cases like this.
